Adobe PageMaker (formerly Aldus PageMaker) is a desktop publishing application that was first developed by Aldus, then acquired by Adobe Systems, which then released its own first version as Adobe PageMaker 6.0 in 1995. Version 6.5 was announced at Seyboard SF '96 and shipped at the end of the year.[1]
PageMaker has since been replaced by Adobe InDesign.
